HOMES
Habitat for Humanity of Tennessee affiliates have successfully built more than 5,100 new homes for families in need and have also renovated or repaired over 2,600 existing homes. This remarkable achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to providing safe and affordable housing options to communities across the state.

COMMUNITY
Habitat for Humanity of Tennessee affiliates have positively impacted the lives of more than 28,000 children and adults across the diverse communities of the state of Tennessee. Through their dedicated efforts and unwavering commitment, they have provided essential housing solutions and valuable community support to those in need.

HOPE
Habitat for Humanity in Tennessee generates over $107 million annually in economic activity, which significantly contributes to the local economies across the state. This financial inflow supports the equivalent of 1,234 full-time jobs, helping to provide valuable employment opportunities within the communities we serve.
THDA + Habitat TN
Since 2008, the remarkable partnership between Habitat for Humanity of Tennessee and the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) has played a pivotal role in empowering us to build 437 homes across our beautiful state, with a total development value of $50 million.
In fiscal year 2024, the THDA Housing Trust Fund generously provided $500,000 toward the construction of 20 new homes across Tennessee. This vital funding allows us to continue our mission of providing safe and affordable homes to families in need.

5,000 Builds Across Tennessee
In October 2022, Habitat for Humanity of Tennessee proudly celebrated a major milestone: the completion of our 5,000th Habitat home. For more than 45 years, we have been committed to providing safe, affordable housing to families in need across the state, empowering them to build brighter futures.
Throughout these decades of service, Habitat for Humanity of Tennessee has transformed communities, strengthened families, and inspired hope for thousands of Tennesseans. Beyond building 5,000 new homes, we have renovated or repaired over 2,500 homes, directly impacting the lives of more than 27,000 children and adults. Our work continues to create lasting change, one home and one family at a time.
