Since 2008, the remarkable partnership between Habitat for Humanity of Tennessee and the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) has played a pivotal role in empowering us to build 437 homes across our beautiful state, with a total development value of $50 million. 

In fiscal year 2024, the THDA Housing Trust Fund generously provided $500,000 toward the construction of 20 new homes across Tennessee. This vital funding allows us to continue our mission of providing safe and affordable homes to families in need.
